Frequently asked questions
What is a professional qualification (titre professionnel)?
It is a certification awarded by the French Ministry of Labour and registered in the RNCP (national register of professional certifications). It shows that you have mastered the skills of a job. It is made up of skill blocks (CCPs) that can be validated separately.
Can I fund my course with my CPF?
Our courses can be funded through Mon Compte Formation. Contact us: we will check your entitlement with you, along with other possible funding (France Travail, Region, Agefiph).
How does the exam work?
You sit a session before a panel of professionals: a practical work scenario, an interview and the presentation of your professional portfolio. We prepare you for it throughout the course.
Are the courses accessible to people with disabilities?

How do I get onto a course?
Admission is by interview. Prerequisites depend on the qualification: they are detailed on each course page.
How long before I can start?
Between 1 and 6 months, depending on the course schedule and the funding used. For a CPF career-transition scheme, allow 6 months.
