• Contact and pre-registration form: title, name, phone, email, desired course, situation, intended funding, link to a CV, message.
• Appointment booking: name, phone, email, chosen time slot.
• Brochure: email address.
• Reviews: first name, initial, course taken, rating and testimonial (published only with your consent).
• Audience measurement: pages viewed, anonymously, only if you accept it.

Purposes and legal basis

Answering your requests, organising your admission and following up your file (pre-contractual measures), publishing reviews (consent), improving the website (consent).

Retention period

Applicants' data is kept for 3 years after the last contact, then deleted. [Period to be confirmed.]

Recipients

Data is reserved for the Assistant Academy team. It is never sold or transferred. As part of funding, some information may be passed on to the funders concerned (Caisse des Dépôts, France Travail, OPCO, Agefiph).
